Returns
How to return your order
We will gladly accept returns for merchandise purchased through rockport.co.uk. If you purchased from another store or website, please contact the retailer directly. Merchandise must be returned in its original unworn condition, and within 30 days of original purchase (invoice date).
In order for us to process your items correctly, please contact us via email at help@rockport.co.uk, where our team will provide you with a RAN(Returns authorisation number) and will provide you further instructions.
Please do not return any item until you have written to us first, any item returned to us without a RAN will be rejected.
