Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery.

How to request a return or exchange

  • Please email help@rockport.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.

  • Our team will confirm next steps and provide you with the returns address.

  • All items must be returned unworn, in their original condition and packaging.

Returns

  • We do not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for the cost of sending items back.

  • Please use a tracked and insured service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

  • Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are offered free of charge, subject to stock availability.

  • For exchanges, we will provide you with a pre-paid returns label so you can send the item back at no cost.

  • Once we’ve received your return, we’ll ship out the replacement item.

If you believe your item is faulty, please email help@rockport.co.uk with photos and details. We’ll prioritise your case and advise on next steps.
