We want you to love your Rockport footwear. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery.
How to request a return or exchange

Please email help@rockport.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.

Our team will confirm next steps and provide you with the returns address.

All items must be returned unworn, in their original condition and packaging.
Returns

We do not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for the cost of sending items back.

Please use a tracked and insured service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges

Exchanges are offered free of charge, subject to stock availability.

For exchanges, we will provide you with a pre-paid returns label so you can send the item back at no cost.

Once we’ve received your return, we’ll ship out the replacement item.
Faulty items
If you believe your item is faulty, please email help@rockport.co.uk with photos and details. We’ll prioritise your case and advise on next steps.
